I'm a new M1 at Georgetown University, who has extensive experiencing both teaching and tutoring at the college level. During my masters at Boston University, I taught a freshman Biology course and tutored a number of private clients in subjects such as physiology, Biology, and MCAT prep. I was lucky to learn how to make learning about biology, chemistry, and physics a little more engaging than just memorizing a text book. I'd love to share my passion for science and success with you! I taught undergraduate biology courses at Boston University. In addition, I was a teaching assistant for biology and organic chemistry during my undergraduate career at Elon University. I am a first-year medical student who recently took the MCAT and successfully applied to medical school. I know how to master the material, and more importantly how to develop study techniques that lead to HIGHER scores. One of the best skills I've learned as a medical student is how to be efficient with my time, and prioritize what is truly important to me. In my free time I enjoy exercising outside, playing ice hockey and golf, growing chili peppers to make hot sauce, and spending time with my friends and family. I am very passionate about how to be successful as a student and a person. As your tutor I will help teach you many of the academic tricks that I've learned to help you get GREAT grades while taking care of yourself as a human being.
