A little about me: I am a 4th year medical student looking to make some additional income before graduation in May of 2016. I am in the process of interviewing for Residency in Radiology. I have an extensive background in math, science, medicine, and social sciences. I love teaching youth (see below). I am committed to helping people. If I am uncomfortable with the subject I will be honest. Those who I am tutoring are my priority. Coptic Educational Foundation, Tutor: Tutored students in Math, Science, and English through a Kaplan sponsored, non-profit program, aimed at providing services to Los Angeles youth. Counseling was also provided for college applicants who needed help with the college application process. Boys and Girls Kid’s Club, Director of Youth Services: mentoring youth in local community. Teaching and Learning Knowledge and Skills (TALKS), Student Instructor: Teaching first and second year medical students how to conduct a history and physical during their medical exams.
