Private tutor in New York, NY
Education
J.D. from NYU School of Law, cum laude (3.62 GPA) B.A. in political science from American University, magna cum laude (3.81 GPA)
Experience
I have tutored several LSAT and law students with positive results. I self-studied for the LSAT and got a 173, up from a 151 in my first practice test. I want to help others on this path do as well as I did. I have tutored several students now and they have reported significant improvement. I also have law school tutoring experience and can help with legal (or other) writing, editing, research, outlining, and substantive law subjects. I am also available for bar exam tutoring, although I took the New York bar exam prior to the switch to the Universal Exam. However, I believe I could still be of assistance. It's been a long time since I took the SAT's, but I got a 750 on the SAT Verbal, and a 690 on the SAT Math. I also got a 5 (out of 5) on the AP Government exam.

Hobbies
I'm a lawyer by day and love the subject. I specialize in employment law, but have passed the two hardest bar exams in the country (New York and California) and feel qualified to tutor in most law school subjects. I am also interested in politics, history, current affairs, and am dabbling with computer programming in my spare time. I am a whiz at the word game Boggle.
