Currently studying Bachelor of Science, majoring in Computing& Software System at University of Melbourne. Graduated from Trinity College with a score of 97 for Mathematics1(equivalent to VCE general maths), 94 for History of Ideas and 93 for Accounting.
Experience
I am very good at Maths and helping students develop problem-solving skills. Besides, mandarin is my mother tongue language, therefore I am proficient with Chinese. I came to Australia when I was in Senior 2, so I am able to speak English fluently and quite familiar with Australian culture. I used to be tutoring my cousin with his Math and Chinese Literature from primary school to middle school. Now he has developed a strong studying skills in studying both subjects and achieved excellent results in his final exams. I am a very easy-going and friendly person. I love communicating with students if they have any problem. My teaching method is to encourage students and give them academic support whenever they need it in order to help them develop their learning skills. Also, I am pretty responsible and well-organised, therefore planning and preparing studying materials ahead are my habits. The reason why I want to be a tutor is that I am passionate about teaching and helping students improve their academic results in Maths and Mandarin. It is good to see student gaining the skills of studying in order to achieve better scores.

I am an easy-going and optimistic person with lots of hobbies. At home, I love cooking and baking, listening musics, reading. When I am outside with my friends, I love skating, swimming, watching movies and trying different restaurants. During holidays, if I have spare time, I will go travelling to surrounding suburbs, other cities or countries.
