Experience
After finishing my Ph.D. training in Neuropharmacology from the University of Surrey, U.K., I moved to the USA and continued my scientific training as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. After 5 years as a postdoc and Instructor, I was promoted to the position of Assistant Professor. Both During my Ph.D. training and during my postdoctoral research I was teaching/tutoring A' level Biology students, College students (Pharmacology) and resident Psychiatrists on Neuroscience and Pharmacology. I love a more interactive teaching process to give students motivation to learn new concepts and connect those with real-life situations.
