My name is Victoria, and I have an associate degree in finance from the College of DuPage. I'm now attending the Illinois Institute of Technology for a computer science degree. I also have in economics degree that I earned in China. I'm a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, and I'm excellent at math. I have four years of experience as a tutor, and I can sympathize with students to face difficulties with homework or with learning a new language. This allows me to have a lot of patience with my students, which I feel is a very important quality in a tutor. I utilize a lot of different approaches to give students new perspectives on topics they are trying to learn. I love tutoring, and I find it extremely rewarding to see my students make progress and achieve success. I can help students with accounting, reading, pre-calculus, algebra, economics, Mandarin Chinese, ESL, and test preparation for the ACT, SAT, and others. When I have free time, I like to play the piano and watch movies.
