I am a native speaker of Turkish, fluent in English. I am currently working at the City College of New York, teaching "U.S. Politics and Government" as a TA. I am experienced in translating books and articles from English to Turkish and Turkish to English. Since 2014 I have been tutoring for college and graduate students who wish to learn/practice Turkish, and edit essays for political science projects and term papers. Music is my biggest hobby. I play a traditional Turkish/Middle Eastern instrument called "baglama." In NY, I give performances from time to time. Reading novels is my other hobby, although I can hardly find time to read while writing my PhD dissertation.
